My teaching method is aimed at equal attention to both dance technique and the unique personality of a dancer. I would like to go beyond such concepts as "professionals" and "non-professionals" in dance. It requires absolute trust and joy from every movement made. It is important for me to guide each person dancing beyond the established framework of modern choreography.
Attention to your body + the study of human movement from the perspective of its basic principles - here we're working with an internal focus of attention.

«asic dance combinations for practice - here we're dealing with form.

Existence in a calmer observation mode, trying out and practice.
Original choreography and a little bit of temper.

My personal methods are aimed at developing the beauty of movement together with the synchrony of a group and the external focus of attention.

The dynamics of the class is pretty intense, but it's just what is needed for pure dance.

Laboratory practices;
Experimenting during the process of creation;
Questions hunt;
Work with inner observation of the movement;
Deconstruction of the familiar patterns;
Experiments with composition;
...This is how I can describe my production process.
What for?
For a smart and strong body and for safe but bold dance with large articular amplitude
Understanding the structure of the body
The main part of my "Lightness" classes is devoted to the principles and basics of movement along with studying the structure of the body.
Development of the muscular system
The freedom of movement requires bodily experience and muscle strength. A certain part of our lesson we will devote to strengthening our hands, legs, abs and the muscles that are mostly inactive in our everyday life.

"Less is more" has always been the motto of my classes.

Often we strive to do everything at once, chasing ambition and not hearing the signals from our body, breath and the laws of physics. We will work with seeking lightness in the body, as well as its most comfortable position both horizontally and vertically.
The joy of movement
At the initial stages of mastering dance technique, I often observe people wondering: "What am I doing?" or sometimes I can see dissatisfaction with the result: "I can't do anything". To my mind, this happens because of the rush. When we hurry, we do not hear ourselves, we quickly abandon the movement at the very beginning, lots of interruptions appear and, as a result, we don't receive any pleasure.
Classes are suitable for everyone
For those who are just discovering dance, and for those who continue dancing, but want to dive deeper into details.
The structure of the classes
from head to toes and vice versa
Small and easy movements
to warm up and more complex ones to develop physical form
Dance routine
learning small combinations to strengthen physical memory and to nail down the success
at the end of the class - stretching/cool down
What for? To move beautifully and confidently, to reconnect with your own body,
with your partner, with a group and with space.
Contemporary dance is a philosophy with many approaches and opinions
I will share my experience and my own view on it, together with some of the discoveries of my friends, teachers and dance partners.
I divide my dance into physical training and "lyrical training"

Physical training is built on contemporary patterns with a large number of jumps, movements with elements of running, floor work with broad movement range.

The goal is to conquer the whole dance class with your range and intention, allowing yourself micro-pauses for listening to the breath of a group.

"Lyrics" is about my original choreography, with a lot of details and images and with the memories from my hip-hop past.

The goal is to be precise in your movement and to catch the rhythm of a dance phrase offered to you. In brief, we will often switch our attention, develop physical memory, flex our will muscle and increase our amplitude. And of course, a lot to dancing itself.
Flow and rhythm
The rhythm of classes is dynamic, without a detailed analysis of principles and details, but with the abundance of dance tasks for developing partner and group skills.

The vocabulary appears as a compound sentence, and the body draws lines as an artist draws a line on the canvas, without interrupting until the thought is complete. During classes, we will experiment with the duration of movement, with the speed and with the placement & alignment of the body.
Joy from dancing alone and with the audience
Before the start of the class, in the process or at the very end, I always remind you that dance is first and foremost about pleasure for yourself, not for others. My simple philosophy: If you enjoy the process, then the person watching you receives no less.
Classes are suitable for ...
... those who are familiar with the dance, love dynamics, speed and like to go deeper.

"Dance" is good and useful to combine with "Lightness" classes.
solo, in a pair, in a group with the help of various tasks aimed at warming up the body and attention
Dance elements
analyzing and practising the most specific (and not easy) dance elements before learning the whole phrase
Dance material
Learning dance sequences
at the end of the lesson - stretching/cool down
What for? To discover new movement patterns, to translate ideas and images into choreography.
I do not conduct "Research" sessions on a regular basis, because it's about diving deeper.
And if we start working with a specific topic, moving from pure curiosity, with a desire to change something in our everyday life, then obviously - "Research" is not about missing classes.

During the classes of "Research", I rather concentrate on experimenting and questioning than on ready-made solutions in the form of dance sequences.
Improvisation. Questions, tasks, solutions
Improvisation begins with a body and space, tasks for improvisation arise literally out of thin air. Sometimes I suggest questions/tasks here and now, guiding your attention and consciousness. Another time, I propose specific tasks and the ideas that are important for me now. In this case, it is possible to go beyond the dance class, into something more profound.
Interaction with space and a group
Open focus is an important quality for a dancer. Being open to what is happening in the process of movement is not easy. In my classes, I place great emphasis on the focus of attention, directing it to the surrounding walls, objects and people. And also focusing attention on more than one object at the same time.
The joy of discovering
Pure interest and curiosity in the process are a source of joy. We are working to wake up our own interest and thereby to dig in.

The more interest you have, the more confident you become.
Do you need to have a dance background ?
To attend these classes, it is good, but not necessary. Your internal freedom and desire to search are much more important .
The structure of the classes depends on our objectives and the setting
